Who Can Participate?
Any residential customer who receives electrical service from Entergy New Orleans, Inc. is eligible to receive a discount for an A/C tune-up performed by an Energy Smart Participating Contractor.

How Can You Participate?
Contact a participating A/C tune-up contractor. The contractor will schedule an appointment and provide the $75 discount on your invoice. Rebates are offered on a first come, first serve basis.

|
What's Included in an A/C Tune-Up?
Your participating contractor will perform a diagnostic test to assure you your A/C system is operating efficiently. The contractor will do the following:
- Basic System Functionality
- Chemical Clean Condenser Coils
- Check Compressor Contacts/Capacitors
- Inspect Evaporator Coil; Recommend Cleaning
- Inspect Blower; Recommend Cleaning
- Calculate "Superheat" and "Subcool"
- Measure the Refrigerant Charge; Recommend Recharging
